1. Purchase Your Rolls: Start by visiting the Little Artists product page on our store. Measure your wall to determine how many rolls you will need. If you need help with measurements, click here [link]. Use our roll calculator available on the Little Artists page to figure out how many rolls to buy for your little one’s room.

2. Complete Your Order: Finalize your order in the Little Artists section of our website.

3. Receive Confirmation Emails: After your order is complete, you will receive two emails from us. One is an order confirmation email, where you can find your order number. The other email will detail the next steps for your Little Artists purchase, including information on how to send the original files. If by any chance you don’t receive the email with the next steps and instructions on how to send your art file, please contact us at hello@livartwallpapers.com.

4. Send Us Their Artwork: In the second email, you will find a link to a form to fill out with your personal information, order number, and any specific comments regarding the art. Please reply to this email with the scanned files of your child's drawings attached. We kindly ask that you send the art within 3 working days of receiving this email. We aim to keep the essence of your child's art intact, making necessary tweaks in size or color to ensure a seamless design. While we can make slight adjustments and combine elements from different drawings, please note that we cannot create entirely new, complex artworks. Our goal is to stay as true to the original pieces as possible.

5. Artwork Quality: To guarantee the best results, the original drawing should be scanned with a good-quality scanner into a JPG file at 300 dpi. Please do not send phone pictures, as that can reduce the quality. If you want to create the wallpaper art using elements from different drawings, scan each original drawing separately and send them to us, keeping it to a maximum of three different drawings.

6. Creation of the Wallpaper Art: Once we receive your child's artwork in JPG format, we will begin creating the wallpaper art. This process typically takes about 5 working days. If we find that it is not possible to adapt the original drawing you sent, or if there are any quality issues, we will let you know and arrange for a refund or a chance to submit another drawing.

7. Approval of Final Design: We will send you the finalized wallpaper art for your approval. If it’s not exactly what you imagined or if you have any comments, we will make one round of adjustments to get it just right. Please allow 3-5 working days for these adjustments, depending on the changes needed.

8. Production: Once you approve the design, we will send your art into production, turning it into beautiful wallpaper featuring your little artist's creation!

4. Exclusive Designs: Rest assured, all wallpapers from the Little Artists Collection are exclusive to you—your child's art will never be resold on our website.

5. Final Touches: Once we've crafted the wallpaper design, we'll share it with you for approval. If it’s not quite what you envisioned, we offer one round of adjustments to ensure it’s perfect.

6. Production & Delivery: After your final approval, we’ll send your design into production. The total process usually takes around XX weeks from start to finish until the rolls are ready to be shipped to you.

• Artwork Submission: Please send high-quality scans of your child's drawings in JPG format, at 300 dpi. Avoid phone pictures, as they can reduce the quality.

• Drawing Limit: We can combine a maximum of three drawings into one wallpaper design.

• Fixed-Size Rolls: All Little Artists wallpapers come in fixed-size rolls (dimensions of 0.5×10m).

• Refund Policy: If we determine that your original drawing cannot be adapted for wallpaper, or if there are issues with the scan quality, we will inform you and can arrange for a refund or a resubmission of artwork.

• Return Policy: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Little Artists rolls unless there is a manufacturing issue.  If you encounter any problems, please contact us at hello@livartwallpapers.com.

2. Measure the Height

   • Measure from the ceiling to the top of the skirting board or floor. Be sure to check the height in multiple places, as walls may not be perfectly straight. Record the highest measurement for the most accurate results.

3. Measure the Width

   • Measure the width of each wall from left to right. For accuracy, ignore any windows or doors; you want the total width of the entire wall.

4. Calculate Total Area

   • Once you have the dimensions, use our roll calculator available on each product page to determine how many rolls you will need. Simply enter the total width and height of the wall. Our calculator will automatically add an extra 10% to the square meter total, providing a safe margin when ordering the rolls.
