Shipping

All our wallpapers are made to order in Sweden. Production time is usually 7–10 business days. Once ready, your order will be shipped with UPS Standard directly from our factory.

We currently only ship within the European Union. All orders include free shipping.

Estimated delivery times within the EU

The total delivery time includes production (7–10 business days) plus the UPS Standard transit time. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary slightly depending on destination and external factors such as local UPS handling.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Return & Refund Policy

At Liv Art & Wallpapers, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below.

Return Window

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Items

  • We accept returns of fixed-size rolls.

  • Unless there is a manufacturing defect, printing error, or transport damage, we do not accept returns of:

    • Wallpaper samples

    • Partial rolls

    • Custom murals

    • “Little Artists” wallpapers

Faulty Items or Order Errors

  • If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund (up to the value of your order).

  • Please send us clear photos of the damage or error.

  • If damage occurred during transport, photos of the unopened parcel are required.

Inspection Before Installation

  • Always inspect your wallpaper before installation.

  • For custom murals, ensure that strips are correctly numbered.

Return Shipping Costs

  • We will cover the cost of return shipping when using our UPS return label.

  • If you choose to ship back using another method, we cannot reimburse costs or be liable for transit issues.

How to Start a Return

  • Fill in our Return Request Form.

  • Our team will review your request and send you a UPS return label by email.

  • Print the label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it at the nearest UPS location.
