Purchase Your Rolls: Start by visiting the Little Artists product page on our store. Measure your wall to determine how many rolls you will need. If you need help with measurements, click here. Use our roll calculator available on the Little Artists page to figure out how many rolls to buy for your little one’s room.
Complete Your Order: Finalize your order in the Little Artists section of our website.
Receive Confirmation Emails: After your order is complete, you will receive two emails from us. One is an order confirmation email, where you can find your order number. The other email will detail the next steps for your Little Artists purchase, including information on how to send the original files. If by any chance you don’t receive the email with the next steps and instructions on how to send your art file, please contact us at hello@livartwallpapers.com
Send Us Their Artwork: In the second email, you will find a link to a form to fill out with your personal information, order number, and any specific comments regarding the art. Please reply to this email with the scanned files of your child's drawings attached. We kindly ask that you send the art within 3 working days of receiving this email. We aim to keep the essence of your child's art intact, making necessary tweaks in size or color to ensure a seamless design. While we can make slight adjustments and combine elements from different drawings, please note that we cannot create entirely new, complex artworks. Our goal is to stay as true to the original pieces as possible.
Artwork Quality: To guarantee the best results, the original drawing should be scanned with a good-quality scanner into a JPG file at 300 dpi. Please do not send phone pictures, as that can reduce the quality. If you want to create the wallpaper art using elements from different drawings, scan each original drawing separately and send them to us, keeping it to a maximum of three different drawings.
Creation of the Wallpaper Art: Once we receive your child's artwork in JPG format, we will begin creating the wallpaper art. This process typically takes about 5 working days. If we find that it is not possible to adapt the original drawing you sent, or if there are any quality issues, we will let you know and arrange for a refund or a chance to submit another drawing.
Approval of Final Design: We will send you the finalized wallpaper art for your approval. If it’s not exactly what you imagined or if you have any comments, we will make one round of adjustments to get it just right. Please allow 3-5 working days for these adjustments, depending on the changes needed.
Production: Once you approve the design, we will send your art into production, turning it into beautiful wallpaper featuring your little artist's creation!
